Noob Pyrocat HC questions

While my exposures appear to be properly developed, the totally exposed roll leader is still fairly transparent (developed but like sunglasses density).


Is this normal? Underproc'd?

What difference does it make? If your negatives are good and they print well - don't worry about it.
