Hi wonderful people,

I picked up an old Pentax camera from the thrift store -- I don't know its value/significance, but I rather liked it.

I put in a roll of film, but find that the only thing it does is "wirr" or "buzz" at the press of the shutter button, and when I operate a rocker switch that goes between "W" and "T", and turn it off/on. The film rewind works perfectly. It appears not to be taking photos (no shutter sound/jolt).

I can't locate a product name or serial number, but there are some product terms: IQZoom, AFZoom Macro, Pentax Lens Tele-Macro. See attached a couple of pictures of the camera.

Any ideas, people? Am I using it incorrectly? Is it broken, and might a repair be possible?

Thank you!

Oliver
