Noblex 150 Pro 6/150 UX Film Loading

There are two versions of the manual for the Noblex Pro 6/150 UX. One says that to load film, set the winder at frame number 5, load the film and then wind until you get to frame number one. The other says to start at "S" and then wind to frame number one. Can anyone advise which is correct?

I'll share some info I go. The "5" is a typo. With the Noblex, you should start at "S".
