Nikon PK-13 extension tube
K+F Nikon to Sony E adapter.
All in excellent shape. Nikon lens not included. The ES-1 and K+F adapter I bought new, the PK-13 I bought used.

I am new to this forum but check feedback on eBay for Sockeye747 or over on large format forum 'Chester McCheeserton'.
Last two images shot with this rig on Sony A7r3 with a nikon 50mm macro from 35mm slides.
