For Sale Nikon R8 Super Zoom (Super 8 Camera)

I am selling my Nikon R8, which is one of the best Super 8 cameras every produced. It's film tested and working very well. It's in user but excellent condition overall. All the functions work well. It runs on six AA batteries and 2x 1.35 PX35s for the meter. You can also use it manual without the batteries or I think there are new 1.5v versions that may just need some exposure compensation. What is great about this camera though is that it has exposure comp right on the body!

I'd like $275 net to me. It includes a 52mm Nikkor UV filter for protection.

that is so cool. I would love to have that...but I would n't know what to do with it.

Great camera; if Ektrachrome 100 was cheaper I'd be all over this.

I believe Cinelab has a Super 8 to HD dev/scan package for about $35-45 per cartridge.

In the future I want NP to expand into running Super 8 film and scanning in house. I LOVE Super 8. It's a fantastic creative medium.
