Great fast lens. It's so small compared to the previous 1.8 models. TINY compared to the f/1.2.

Asking $125 shipping in the US, discount for International shipping.

There were two variants
a) rubber grip on focus ring & closer focus
b) plastic grip on focus ring
You might get more for the first, or quicker sale

Unfortunately I don't have the first one, but mine is newer than that version... if that means anything.

I'm advised it was a Ja market one, but it is easy to tell if it has a rubber grip. Mine is plastic grip ring, but Ive seen a rubber grip one...

Easy to tell: Almost all pancake 50mm 1.8 will focus to .6m, but the japan market version will focus to .45m and that is visible on the focus ring.

Apparently the older Japanese .45m version has a stamped metal rear cover and the newer has a billet or cast piece.

If yours focuses to .45m its the Japanese version either way.

Typos made on a tiny phone...

Yeah, based on my serial and this website

http://www.photosynthesis.co.nz/nikon/serialno.html

I have the newer one that focuses to 0.60m
