I already have an N80 (with SB-28, 24mm, 50mm, and 70-210mm lenses).

Agree with all the other responders. I have one and I like it a lot. The built in electronic focus indicator is very handy when using the body with manual focus lenses. Metering restrictions are:
- No matrix metering
- no program mode operation
- no TTL flash
You can still use aperture priority or shuter priority automation with spot or center weighted average metering. Natually, manual metered mode is also available. Autofocus is slow by today's standards, but that's no big deal for me.
