Two Nikon cameras that work great and have accurate meters and shutters. Both come w/ batteries, and bth have had the lens stop down lever disabled and the metering prong around the lens mount bent up so that they can shoot non AI lenses. Why? Because I like to shoot these vs old non AI cameras.
The N8008s is a beater but works great. You can't kill these things. It has a top shutter speed of 1/8000, center weighted and spot metering, focus confirmation light in the viewfinder, AE and manual exposure, motorized film advance, etc, and is a pro camera in every way. It has a matte AF screen that is really bright, which makes focusing a breeze. Does it work in AF mode? It should, but since I have no AF lenses I can't make any guarantees on that. You can also change out the focus screen in in about 20 seconds, which is a plus.
The FG is a small SLR Lite, w/ manual and AE metering and a non replaceable split prism focus screen. Manual film advance. It could use light seals on the back at some point, but no issues when last shot. I've been using these w/ my non AI H 50 2 lens. Price for the set is $30, and priority mail shipping within the US is $13. US sale only please.
