Lens is mint, but it has an engraving of 'Clinical Services' on the front barrel. Optics are perfect with no scratches, haze, or fungus, etc. Focus is on the stiffer side, but still fine. Includes the original box and styrofoam, and both caps. $115 Shipped and Paypalled

It is a great lens. Great for regular use as well as macro.
Mine has sticky aperture blades and I need to get around to fixing it.
