Nikon L35AW AF big problem

Hello, I’m experiencing a big problem with this waterproof camera: since one week of I load a new film inside, when u close the door and try to let the camera complete the loading part, the shutter is stuck most of the time. And the times that is not stuck the transportation doesn’t advance the film from S to 1 that it means that the camera is ready. I tried to swap with new batteries and most of the time the shutter button is stuck. Only if I try to rewind the fil. The motor work and rewind the film. But there is nothing that I can do more. help me please

I found this on a google search. A sticking shutter seems to be a problem w/ those cameras.

I saw all these posts, but they don’t give a working fix. My camera now shut but don’t load the film…. I can only rewind it
