For sale today is a Nikon FG in excellent condition, complete with an E series 50/1.8 pancake and an Access PMC 35~70mm macro zoom. This is a very nice example of this compact Nikon SLR, and it and both lenses are in excellent working condition, and have been recently film tested.

Here is a set on Flickr of some shots taken with this camera and both lenses:

The FG is a great little camera and you cant fault the E Series 50/1.8. Even if it doesn't say Nikkor on the front its all the same glass inside. I've paid more for less - hope someone picks this up and has fun.

The FG+50/1.8E is a killer street rig:tiny, fast-handling, innocuous. Almost pocket-size+decent view finder. Buy it!

I paid that much for my FG. It's a good deal.

Nikon FG is what I learned the basics of photography on and because of that I refuse to sell it. It weighs nothing and the A and P modes on it are pretty decent. I also am a fan of the LED metering system in the viewfinder.

The Series E 50 1.8 is sharper than my EOS Canon 50 1.8, hell it's up there with my 24-105 f4L IS.
