This is one of those really annoying but minor issues - I can't find anything else out there about it.

The camera works perfectly in every way - except, just sometimes when you wind the film on after a shot it feels like it is just 1 click of fully winding so the shutter does not reset and the lever does not swing all the way back in.

NO matter how hard or how gentle you wind the lever it just does not seem to wind just quite far enough to reset. If you give it a good giggle (the lever), kinda flick it 3 or 4 times eventually it goes the last click and then you can continue shooting. Very frustrating when you miss a shot because you cant actually wind on your camera.

I expect it is just dirty/sticky mechanism, my question is.... it is easy-ish to get into it to clean it - or even just put a spot of something on to lubricate ( and what is that something)

I have done minor work on lots of cameras so i have tools and am quite comfortable doing easy to medium stuff if i just know how.
