Nikon FE2 Repair Person?

I've got an FE2 that has a wind-on problem that I'd like to get repaired, the shutter doesn't always cock when winding on.

John Hawley is not working for a while now, and the shop I used for years no longer works on film cameras. Any suggestions as to who I might contact?
