Nikon FE jammed shutter\self fires

Hello
I just bought this Nikon FE on ebay and im having this issue where it self fires every other shot or when I cock the shutter slowly the shutter will jam and I will have to change mode to unjam the shutter.
when i dont have a lens attached the shutter works normally
Any help is highly appreciated

also Ive only tested it on M90 mode because I dont have batteries just yet

edit: put some batteries in tried to shoot and now the mirror is stuck at the top and it wont fire or let me cock the shutter

Was the camera listed as Working or needing repair? If it was listed as working return it.

honestly at this point I think I will just keep it
cant be bothered sending it back all the way to japan
and atleast I got a decent lens out of it

how much do you think that will cost?

Ended up getting a refund of 50% of the amount I paid and I get to keep both the camera and the lens which is in good condition (35mm f2.8)

Way to go on the refund!
I think CLA's here in the states are around $150 to $250 depending on the camera and shop.
