Camera is in excellent condition and excellent working order, Speeds and shutter work well with properly exposed pictures. Viewfinder is clean and clear, battery compartment clean as well. Lens is for manual use only since the chip is damaged and won't communicate with AF cameras.
However, it works perfectly as a manual focus lens and on DSLR's with the "non CPU" feature. I would say the glass is 97% clear but there's a light circular coating mark in one of the inner elements that in no way does it affect pictures. Its been exposed to UV light incase its any type of fungus.
I've taken dozens of pics with it on a D700, D7200 & D800 with perfect results. I've replaced it with the 24-70mm and no longer need it.
