Nikon FA Disassembly

Question for you guru's. I have a Nikon FA that I am trying to remove the top cover on. I've been able to remove

everything so far except the ISO ring. I have the repair manual but the removal isn't obvious. Is is just held on

by the two screws in the spring plate or something else?

I think there is an E clip around the winding shaft sleeve.
