So may I ask a sidebar question of those who own and use the F6 with black and white film? How does the metering system react when you use a colored filter over the lens? Thanks, Tim.

It compensates for the filter correctly.

My OM10 can do that, so obviously an F6 can.

Your OM10 does not have full RGB metering, only greyscale. I believe that was the posters concern; that with the GB channels greatly dimminished woudl it still meter correctly when overwhelmed on one channel.

That's interesting.. My F5 states in it's manual that when using a red filter one should avoid matrix metering. Good to know it's smart enough to overcome that problem
