I noticed those the other day, but nobody else seems to have them. I wonder if Nikon is still manufacturing them, or if they are just selling off their remaining stock? The F6 seems to be a rare beast these days, I am looking to buy one, but KEH rarely has them, and they only show up on eBay every so often.

Don't know, but I do know that if you call the first phone number in the following link, and select option 7, you can request an F6 brochure.

So may I ask a sidebar question of those who own and use the F6 with black and white film? How does the metering system react when you use a colored filter over the lens? Thanks, Tim.

It compensates for the filter correctly.

My OM10 can do that, so obviously an F6 can.

Your OM10 does not have full RGB metering, only greyscale. I believe that was the posters concern; that with the GB channels greatly dimminished woudl it still meter correctly when overwhelmed on one channel.

That's interesting.. My F5 states in it's manual that when using a red filter one should avoid matrix metering. Good to know it's smart enough to overcome that problem
