I've been trying to recalibrate my DP-20 finder in my Nikon F4 for the G2 focusing screen as the meter reading if slightly off as compared to when I had the normal B screen on it.

Does anyone know exactly how much I should adjust my DP-20 finder (prism finder) for the G2 focusing screen? I saw a site that said I need -1.5... but given that the screen is clear (and thus tricking the meter into thinking there's more light than usual), wouldn't I need +1 or +2?

If it behaves like the F/F2, then the exposure compensation is different for each lens.

Hmm I use a G2 on a f3, and I haven't noticed anything different. The only literature from Nikon was that Dof preview did not work. The screens are optimized for a selection of focal lengths and speeds though. There is a chart somewhere probably on Mir resource site.
