Well used, maybe someone can use?

ISSUES
- exposure compensation dial is loose and moves between 0 and +1
- meter ring by lens mount is sticky
- cover on doo-dad on back that reaches down to the motor drive is broken. Parts are all there, quick epoxy should fix
- One missing screw on side of motor drive.

Camera does work, meter looks good, shutter sounds good, all that good stuff. It's just going to need a bit of love to bring it back

Yes this is the P version with the Ti prism, raised controls and round window.

- $50

What exactly do you mean by project camera?

Having just repaired one of these, the aperture ring issue would concern me the most if it is related to the string that connects the ring to the device that reads it or the pulleys that it rides on. Replacing that is a body splitting activity. The exposure compensation thing sounds like stripped or hopefully bent teeth, possibly requiring a parts body to replace.

Even then $50 for a Ti HP prism is a pretty decent price.

Easiest case and this thing has dirt in it and a simple cleanout makes an easy fix. Whoever buys it, be careful not to get the aperture ring string out of its guide roller path if you do disassemble the ring. Two aperture adjustments after reassembly with that string in the wrong place and poof! I do have some replacement string if you do break it.
