I am bulk loading my own film, one thing that happens to the cheap reloadable cartridges is that after some time they develop light leaks, can I use an FTn cassette with Nikon F100, or is there a higher quality reloadable for it?

The FTn cassettes won't automatically open in the F100, so I don't think they're usable.

I use the reloadable plastic cartridges. They seem more immune to light leaks than the metal ones, although the friction is slightly higher.
