I got a seriously great deal on an excellent Nikon F100, and even though the SB700 isn't compatible with the Nikon F100, does anyone know if I could use them for OCF triggered by a Pocket Wizard Mini TT1?

From what I've learned I can use the SB700 in manual or AA mode, so I'm assuming that if I trigger them with the PW TT1 and the AC3 controller I should be able to control power remotely right?

Yes, you can. Simply use the flash in manual mode. The TTL and iTTL system are radically different so those are out. Manual mode will always work.

Yes only manual mode as the SB-700 doesn't have AA mode. Nikon decided that the lower end flashes don't get to have this mode.
