Nikon F unusual self-timer

Hi,
Does anyone have any idea about this Nikon F camera, based on Richard de Stoutz website there are only six types of self-timer levers for Nikon F, at first I thought maybe it is the type number 6 without the plastic part but the photo of the back side in his Website is different from this one. Thanks if you can help me to identify this camera.
