Chrome Nikon F (69xxxxx) w/FTN finder. Meter works (batteries not included) reasonably when tested outdoors within 1/3-1/2 stop against my sekonic L-358.
I did a crt test of shutter and they look good but has NOT been bench tested.
The finder shows some use with slight brassing (see finder photo) and superficial marring to the front finder nameplate.
Body is pretty clean but note the discoloration on the film rails. I suspect it sat on a copystand with film inside for a long time but these marks in no way affect film transport and the rails are very smooth. These are autside the image area and no way can effect camera functioning.
Film back pressure plate looks like hardly any film was through the camera at all.
With all my dealings here I allow a reasonable time to inspect the camera and make sure it meets your expectations and my description.
