I am selling a very clean Nikon F body from fiscal year 1968 (SN# 6939544). The condition is very good with signs of moderate use through the years. The only issue I see with this body is that the mirror does not lock up and this is probably a result of recently installed mirror foam, which, if only a tad too thick on the F, the mirror will not lock up. I will leave this adjustment to the new owner. All mechanical functions otherwise appear to be working normally, which is not too surprising for a Nikon F. The mirror and optics are also very clean and the camera comes with what I think is the standard issue focusing screen. Add the prism of your choice and you will have one of the finest 35mm SLR's ever!
