Nikon D5600 DSLR with 18-55mm Lens, Charger, Card Reader, Macro Flash, Case.
I have three (3) kits available. I purchased them from a business liquidation auction. The cameras had been modified for use in a dermatology clinic, and include a macro flash attachment. Manual focusing isn't possible with the macro flash attached, so set the camera to maximum close-up, mount the camera to the flash, plug the flash into the port on the left side of the body, and shoot normally (see last photo).
Each camera comes with a Nikon-refurbished 18-55mm lens, a macro flash attachment, battery charger, 16GB SD card, SD card reader, and carry case. Some kits might have a few more accessories, such as an extra battery or USB-C cable.
