Up for sale is a Nikon Coolscan V. Fires up and scans great using Vuescan. I've never even tried the Nikon software and don't think it would even work with the new OS out there. Comes with both cables and the slide and roll film holders. 375.00.

Super buy. May be the best dedicated 35mm scanner that was made. If you have been scanning 35mm with a flat bed or lower quality dedicated scanner, this will open a new world for you.

The Nikon software for Coolscan V works in Virtual Windows XP. I prefer it to Vuescan for B & W negatives, but either application works well.
