The original ultra-fast "50". Beautiful rendering, killer bokeh, great portrait lens. Pretty dreamy at f1.2, but by f2-2.8, it is sharper than the 50 1.4.

Good glass (maybe one or two light cleaning marks on the coasting, veryhard to see), clicky aperture, smooth focus. This thing is a beast, in many ways, and one of my favorite lenses from Nikon. Recent sample image attached (shot on Double-X)
