I have two AW-1 motor drives for the Nikon EL2. Each one could likely be restored to working order (I have stripped them down) except for one thing: The pesky nylon motor gear is cracked in each case.

Does anyone know of an active source for replacement gears that don't cost more than a drive is worth? The drives are not really worth much, and I don't want to pay over the odds for such a small plastic part. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Thanks for the info re: Mr Wong. I had seen his site but was hoping to find something cheaper. I'm probably being too much of a cheapskate - if I have no luck I will contact him, it's probably worth springing $20 plus shipping to repair at least one of the drives.
