Nikon Af220 battery contacts corroded

May I know how to take apart the camera but not hurt the mechanics but to only clean the battery contacts and maybe clean some corrosion from the board

Alternatively you may consider cleaning the contacts, as well chemically as mechanically, from within the battery chamber.

How do I do it?

-) cotton pads with acetic acid
-) a glass-fibre brush or a rotary tool etc.

In general, some contacts are from stainless steel (which will not need mechanical action), some from chromed copper/brass.

don't dissamble the camera but reach inyo the battery compartment with something like a toothybrush.
