Maybe this will help... Its super sharp wide open on the 300mm f/2.8 at 420mm f/4. This is with the D7200 also.


I'm only selling it cause I got a good deal on the 1.4x III which to be honest, I can't see any difference except maybe a hair sharper at the edges which nobody looks at anyways.
