I bought one of these earlier this year. So far I haven't used it very much but I like it. Most of the lenses I have had with oily diaphragms were zooms. When the problem can be tackled from the rear, there is less work altogether. Most repair people I have known preferred working on prime lenses. Zoom lenses can have more complications. Your photos make it look not so difficult so I am guessing you have some considerable repair skills.
