Nikkormat FT2 shutter stuck open?

Hi, all -

Was shooting pics of the kids a few minutes ago, and the shutter locked open. I think I'd inadvertantly locked the mirror up halfway (didn't even know it had MLU), but the film was exposed and the advance was locked. By the time I moved the shutter speed selector and closed the shutter, I'd pretty much boogered the roll (drat).

Sound familiar to anyone? Is there an issue with this shutter hanging open?
