I'm in the process of building a new-old system, hopefully my last new-old system for some years. To that end I am clearing out the other 35mm cameras in my collection.
I have for sale a Nikkor-Q 135mm f2.8 lens in good used condition. It has been used, but not abused, and is still a very nice non-AI lens. Attached to the back of this lens is a Nikkormat FT2. This camera works very well except for the meter, which died when the camera body got wet (during a flood it sat for several hours in about 1/2 inch of water) about 10 years ago. After drying it out and having the shutter checked I decided to keep using it sans meter and just use a hand-held meter instead. There are also several black specks (flaking paint?) on the inside of the pentaprism that show up on the focusing screen, but do not, of course, affect the image. (The lens for sale was NOT involved in the flood and was, in fact, purchased several years after that happened.)
If I could get $50.00 for the pair I'd be happy.
I'd also be happy trading them for a Pentax Spotmatic with a 55mm f1.8 lens in good working order.
Photos of the camera and lens are available.
