This is a Nikon 35mm f2. The AI conversion appears to be a factory job. The glass is spotless, must have been under a filter (included) for most of its life.
The barrel show wear but no dents or dings. The focus is silky smooth and focuses easier than the later lenses.

I have two of these fine lenses, one has been factory AI'd and looks like the lens for sale. I and many others consider this the finest and sharpest wide angle lens that Nikon made and I have used this lens as my "normal" lens for my Nikons. If I didn't have two of these I would snap it up...good luck with your sale.
