I personally enjoyed it quite a bit. The author seems to be a nice down to earth person.
Comparasing is subjective, but yet, it probably reflects the opinion and experience of 80% of the users there.

There's a reason that video only has 75 views. 76 since I was foolish enough to click on it.

Yeah. I was #75. It prompted my post on ergonomics.

Basically, a complete waste of time.
