Nice Paper Cutter Deal on EBay

I've never used a guillotine cutter for photographic paper. Does it make accurate cuts? Right now I use a straight edge and a blade, but have been thinking about a rotatrim.

I use a Dahle that I boght used and it's great. The bar that holds everything down is the key.
