I had a box of MGFB warmtone with some defects showing after processing. I sent in samples and within a week I was informed that they couldn't exactly pinpoint the cause. Despite this, within 2 days of letting me know, replacement paper (plus some extra in compensation) was in my hand.
This kind of customer service is quite rare these days so thanks for keeping up the good standards Ilford.
