Newbie here......from NZ

I do a lot of animal and flower photography as well as scenic. I have in the past used Canon Power Shot cameras and wish to replace but I have a maybe difficult wish list. I need a camera with a date stamp on pics, decent zoom, and view finder as must haves......Am I asking too much?.... ,had this with previous Power Shot. Bright light is a problem with my sight so view finder where I can shade is a must. This is NZ so probably don't have the range of larger countries. Any help appreciated.... ( Pic of my isolated place....)

It does have a viewfinder. As far as being able to see screens in sunlight, they do make accessories like these folding screen hoods:

If your current equipment is suitable one thing you can do is to take a similar photo with a phone that records the date and location. I don’t like to take notes so I have been doing that for several years. It’s quick and easy and can be transferred to a computer if desired.
