If you used developer then fixer missing out stop bath then you'll be OK
If you used fixer first you'll have nice clear negatives

What Phill said!

We use stop bath, because it stops the development quickly, improves (very slightly) the efficiency of the fixer, and (most importantly) protects and extends the life of the fixer.

If you ever work in a darkroom (like a school darkroom) where the fixer chemistry is shared with others, you want to be sure to use stop bath.
