This is the identical scene shot on 5x7 format on Fomapan 200, and High Speed Blue Sensitive X-ray film. Both developed in HC-110b. I exposed the X-ray film at ISO of 50, and the negative was a bit thin. I exposed the Fomapan 200 at ISO 100, and negative was about right. Some dodging and burning was done on both images. The X-ray film, which I cut down to 5x7
from 8x10 sheets, is very very prone to scratching. I haven't yet got an unscratched negative, but I am still learning how to handle it. It has emulsion on both sides. The X-ray film has a "bloom" to the highlights, probably due to the emulsions on both sides, and no anti-haliation coating.

Very nice shot. The X-Ray film looks a little flatter and slightly less sharp than the Fomapan, but that's really the nature of the film.

Very nice work
