Thanks for taking the time to look at my site and for the kind compliment. Thank you also for your question. As I explain on page 10 ("Technical Notes & Other Information") of my new site, I refer to my 4x5 images as "transitional images" because they essentially represent the intermediate step (i.e., transition) between 35 mm where I began, and 8x10 where I now stand. They are, in effect, pictures in the progression from one format to the other. I hope this answers your question. Again, thank you for your interest.
I have, by the way, recently changed the home page to give viewers a better indication of what follows behind the home page. It might be worth another look for that reason. If the site is still in your cache, you may have to refresh it to see the changes I refer to. You should see one large picture, and several smaller thumbnails (previously, there was only the one large image on the home page).
