Hello Fellow Photographers,

I wanted to introduce myself to everyone here. I started off in photography with 35mm 15 years ago (Canon Rebel then 1N-HS), then Medium Format (Hasselblad 501C), then to Leica photojournalism, to digital, and now exploring Large Format photography. I bought a drum scanner (a Scanmate 5000) which is what really got me into large format. I ended up buying a Polaroid 110B 4x5 conversion and will be doing my first shoot on it (my sister's wedding) with some quickload Provia sheets handheld...

I do drum scanning and that's kind of what got me into 4x5. I am willing to do trades for things like Astia film if anyone has any or a Speed Graphic or other things in exchange for my drum scanning services. My website is www.silverchroma.com/drumscanning - you can check out some of my photography and comparisons there too!

Looking forward to getting to know some of you!

Welcome to APUG

Discussions about drum scanning should not be posted on APUG but instead on the sister website DPUG.

I too shoot 35mm, Hasselblad and 4"x5" as well as do my own processing and printing.

This really belongs in the classifieds, which are a benefit of subscribing to APUG, hope you'll think about subscribing and offering your scanning services in the classifieds or through our sister site, DPUG linked at the very top of the page.
