From what I read it says made in USA, by who? I thought (wrongly) that Kodak was the last paper coating plant in the US. I might give it a try once the heat lets up in Phoenix so it wont fog during shipping.

rbilersky: I would take Ken Norton's comments on Perfecta pretty seriously. He is a very respected printer and good photographer, with a wealth of experience. He contributes in depth on the OM list, and I respect his opinion enormously. You can see more of his thoughs on Perfecta at <http://www.image66media.com/page16.html>

I have not used Pefecta, in fact I have not printed in years. When I was printing, I settled on Zone VI Brilliant in Amidol. When I start again, I will be teting Perfecta with both the companion developer and Amidol.

Paul:
The label does not say "made in USA"; it reads, packaged in USA.
Wishing you the best, Kiku

Sorry for the mistake, my image was somewhat blury, I wonder if its Adox, which I do use and like and does seem to very much like the old Dupont.

I'll see if I can find out the source for sure since I'll be talking to the new owners this week.
