NOT AGFA-GEVAERT, but maybe a former plant of them.
You are probably aware that ownerships and manufactures are not always the same thing

Yeah, so that's why I have a brief summary of the history of that plant and it never was associated with Agfa Gevaert.
There seem to be some reading comprehension problems going on here; I'm out.

Then there is the Kodak Flexicolor LORR chemistry, it comes in bigger containers, it's meant for mini-labs, but usage in small tank, yet not the best for occasional hobbyist. I have no idea where KodakAlaris do get this.

This business was sold by Kodak Alaris to Sino Promise Holdings in 2020.

asked sometimes elsewhere if Calbe Chemie Gmbh, still manufactures photochemistry but never could have an answer

Calbe made the Rollei Colorchem C41 kits around 2015. Maybe they still do.

when things like that are contract manufactured. the company placing the order normally provides the exact formula that they would like the factory to mix up. that could mean that the same factory makes products that are quite dissimilar for different customers, or that more then one supplier might make a product for a distributor depending on who is in a position to quote a better price.
In other words, the type of Kit probably is NOT a hint who the ultimate Manufacturer is. (the fine print on the MSDS can be a hint at who designed the product.)
