Ok first it's not squeaky new but mint-. I just happen to browse a dealer I've had a number of deals with. He had a mint- Nikon 180 f2.8 complete with Nikon box. Naturally I placed my order, now just wait till it shows.

One of the nicest lenses out there. The AF-D version works great too. 👍

I have the predecessor 180mm f/2.8 Nikkor-P. Superb lens.
 
I don’t have the non-ED version but I feel like that’s a hole I should maybe fill…
 
I have the Nikon 180 2.8 and the Minolta 200 2.0 in A mount, a bit slower the Konica 200 3.5, I think are all sharper than the Sigma or Minolta 70 to 200 2,8 I use, and lighter. But the range does make up for some of the loss of sharpness.
