OK my first actual official post was on the panoramic boards, but...here goes.

Been lurking for a while, but it seems my silver addiction is full-blown now. I shoot (film, anyway) mostly with a Widelux and 4x5, with a Crown Graphic and a newly purchased Shen Hao. Fingers crossed, I can get some of my work online soon.

I'm really happy to see a lot of other Canadian shooters here, including one I'm pretty sure is from my city (Brandon, Manitoba)

Thanks, and see you all in the funny pages

welcome from the middle left edge of the continent. Canadian is the new America - or maybe thats not right either.

welcome aboard - from the GTA

Glad you used your own name, and not a corruption, like Prarie Corn. Otherwise I would be thinking of Brandon as home of 'the fruit' and 'the vegetable'.

While sometimes US centric, do remeber this is a global site. You are in the middle of one of the THE continents.

Hope to seee some of your work soon. I've got tooo many other distractions in my life at present to find time for the darkroom most of the time, let along scanning some of my stuff.

Welcome, from just west on Highway 1 (the Trans-Canada, to our non-western-Canadian friends).

North coast BC says hi...even to flat-landers

Hello and welcome Colin. I lived in your fine city for a year back in '90...I can tell you I enjoyed being there alot more than Dauphin:wink: (my hometown)
Enjoy the site.

You'll need our money and help when the big quake hits, so it pays to be nice to us.

You're talking about those poor souls on the southern tip and west coast of Vancouver Island who'll wake up one day ten to fifteen feet lower than they were the day before, and Vancouver itself when all that water starts sloshing around like in a bathtub.

I'm way up north by Alaska's panhandle, about six kilometers from the water and a hundred meters above sea level. It'll be a bouncy ride for us, but I think we'll be OK...I hope!

I should be nicer to the people who keep my belly full, even if they are flat-landers :D

Greetings from Southwestern Ontario.

By the way, now that we have another member from Brandon, can we bounce the first one?

Welcome to another Canuck eh!

Welcome from western New England.
