New Logmar Magellan 65mm Motion Picture Camera

Am I undestanding this correctly? Does the camera use Hasselbad V mount?

That is my understanding...

"Lenses
Ultra-sharp Carl Zeiss optics from Victor Hasselblad. A complete range of Carl Zeiss medium format lenses are available for the camera spanning the range from 30mm to 500mm, and ranging from Distagon to Planar and Sonnar."

There is no mention of the specific mount being used, but I would hope they were not forced to use adapters or re-mount the lenses to work with the camera. It would be a good question to ask the maker...

Looks like a native Hasselblad mount from the images - don't forget that the Arri 765 uses Hasselblad glass remounted for Super-PL mount & I imagine that they'll probably offer support for Arri & Panavision's 65mm lens systems if people want it. The regular Hasselblad mount would definitely give enough clearance for most cinema shutter designs & the upgradability is a big thing, especially given that barely a handful of Arri 765's (of the something like 10 or so that were built) apparently remain operational, mostly because of the difficulty of maintaining their electronic control/ operating systems.
