New Lens Wanted for Beseler 8x10

I have a Beseler 8x10mx enlarger and am not too pleased with the results from the stock Beseler 240mm lens. It seems a little soft and is difficult to focus (could be related problems). Wondered if anyone had a good recommendation and or a lens for sale that would do a better job.
