Director Terry Rayment's 35mm film "Understanding" poignantly depicts the transformational power of love and happiness. Cinematographer Kate Arizmendi captured all of the emotions beautifully on KODAK VISION3 500T 5219.
Ok... Typically in the cinema it is me who stays seated watching the end credits, whilst the crowd is passing in front of me...
But to be true, another movie has been photographed on film, on Kodak stock. And Kodak puts that fact by kind of trailer on their Youtube channel. That is not the kind of advertisenment I expected when reading this thread title.
Kodak are the only ones offering cine camera film. So there was no choice. On the other hand it was the cine departmentz at Kodok who seemed the only ones caring for film users when the compasny was going down.
But here it are rather the director and the director of photography of that movie that are to be praised for using film.
Only a few years ago Hollywood was not interested in a new cine camera film from Europe. That project thus was cancelled.
I could not really work out what was happening in the first Kodak advert so its message was largely lost on me. In the second one from Germany I had expected some scenes involving kids at play with Heidi singing in the background in a wistful manner while examining prints of the kids at play
In my Kodak advert I am examining Kodak bulk rolls while singing wistfully about those far off days when they were affordable

Sorry about my three identical posts. Each time I started a reply a message appeared and has appeared again saying "The following error has occurred. The server responded with an error. The error message is in the Javascript console. While typing this the screen went grey and I assumed that when I pressed reply nothing happened so I started again. What is going on? I did a reply on another thread with no greying out.
